Our tile cleaning process begins with a thorough pre clean inspection to determine needs. We may suggest grout repairs that can be completed at a later date or on occasion same day. Following inspection, we will apply a high PH cleaner to begin loosening soils. If there are acrylics on the grout we may scrub with brushes and apply emulsifiers to break down the acrylic coating. Then we high pressure rinse at 1200psi to remove the soils and oils from the tile and grout lines. Following the cleaning we highly suggest having us seal the grout lines to prevent staining and rapid re-soiling.
