Essential Element is licensed and insured so you can feel comfortable with our team working in your home.

Our hardwood cleaning process begins with a thorough pre clean inspection to determine needs. We may suggest color restoration that can be completed at a later date or on occasion same day. Following inspection, we will apply a wood floor cleaner to begin loosening soils. If there are acrylics on the floor we may scrub with stripping pads and apply emulsifiers to break down the acrylic coating. Then we rinse the floor to remove the soils and oils from the hardwood. In some situations we may recommend a screen and recoat of polyurethane to make the hardwood floor look like new!
